• Do you accept purchase orders and letters of intent for bulk buying?

    • We only accept online payment or Direct Electronic Funds Transfer done through the secure payment on the website. If manual bulk orders are placed with our direct sales team, the payment agreement process in place would apply.

  • I am urgently looking for medical supplies but only buy at approved prices, are your prices negotiable?

    • Yes the prices are negotiable based on a number of factors, including but not limited to quantity, product category and product status, for example all items that are marked down are not price negotiable.

  • I am a small medium enterprise, awarded government purchase orders, can you supply on credit.

    • Regrettably, we are not registered as a credit provider yet.

  • How long does it take to receive products ordered.

    • Orders placed and paid for are dispatched within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. The custom made products, naturally take longer and any items on back order according to manufacturing supply.

  • How do I follow up on my order.

    • The logistics and distribution teams will keep you updated at every activity of your order processing staget, via e-mail and/or sms

  •  Do you have a physical store where I can view products.

    • This is the era where bricks and mortar buildings as a place of trade have become obsolete, the product value chain is now short, almost direct from the manufacturer to the consumer.
