- RETURNS
1.1 Validity: 7 days from date of purchase or delivery subject to item being unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, any items returned after 7 days, unfortunately, cannot be returned.
1.2 Excluded items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items of a personal nature such as underwear, belts, bags cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Sale Items
1.3 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless the reason for return is product warranty related.
1.4 Refunds are only done in the form of a voucher valid for 3 months from date of issue. Regrettably, no other form of refunds will be allowed. Items that are excluded in the return policy are non-refundable.
- REFUNDS (if applicable)
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit voucher will automatically be generated and sent to you within 10 working days. Returns and Refunds enquiries should be directed to customercare@entityretailsolutions.co.za
2.3 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
2.4 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@entityretailsolutions.co.za
- SHIPPING
3.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to: Entity Retail Solutions c/o Postlink, Celtisridge Shopping Centre, Celtisdal, Gauteng, 0157, South Africa
3.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3.3 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
3.4 If you are shipping an item over R1,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
